There are better places out there for the same price and will be happy to take care of their residence. Lets just say there have been one too many problems with this place, they don’t care about their residence, just care about making a quick buck. They will not budge on the due date, nor will they help you out, and they will tack on an awesome late fee of $ 75. Example number three don’t ever have an emergency situation where you need a little wiggle room with getting rent to them. So, yea that was fun trying to reschedule that. They wouldn’t even let us enter the gate to the pool. Oh, so NO pool, NO grills, NO hot tub, NO nothing. According to the staff, it was going to be until the following Monday before the pump was fixed. Two days before my pool party (I believe on a Thursday), my party was on a Saturday, the pump went out in the pool. Example number two I had a pool party scheduled for the beginning of July – the pool is equip with grills, a hot tub and that nice sparkling Jr.
Their response to this issue is «we’re working on some options.» Great, so in the mean time when I have to park across the street at 11 o’clock at night and I get hit by a car crossing 58 th ave, I’ll let my loved ones know your working on resolving that problem. There are plenty of empty reserve sports and garages but for fear of being towed you don’t park in those spots. I’ve had to park my car in the church across the street numerous times, as well as the neighboring housing development due to lack of parking spots available to residences. As long as you find a spot and don’t move your car, you’re good. Example parking is an absolute nightmare especially in the summer months. That has since changed now that there is new staff there, they are friendly enough, but they will flat out refuse, or say «we just can’t do that» to every little thing you ask them to do. The initial person (Renee) was awesome to deal with, helped when we had a problem, always seemed to have the residence priority first. Here are a few problems that I have encountered here at Panorama that will sadly end my relationship with this property. However, that quickly feel apart once I renewed my lease. I have lived here for over two years, and I will say, the first year was great – great leasing staff, great atmosphere, great everything. I have a huge bone to pick with this property for more than one reason. DO NOT RENT HERE! Save yourself the experience. It was the worst rental experience of my life. They treated us like we were some sort of criminals because we questioned their practices. They had no problems with us paying our rent on time, being quiet tenants who never asked for anything. And, when I said I would go into the leasing office to speak to them, I was told they would call the police. We could not get an address of where we could actually speak in person to the management company. Even though we had photos to the contrary, they wouldn’t budge. I don’t know whose apartment that was, but it certainly was not mine. They even used false photos to «prove» we owed them the deposit. The refused to give us our deposit back even though we had only been there three months. BIG mistake! The leasing agents were nice but when we were leaving, it all changed. We rented short-term at Panorama while we looked for a home in the area. It will start our fine, but end horribly.
